This cozy cabin in the woods is the perfect couples' weekend retreat. Set on 15 acres, 1/2 acre pond is your personal oasis to relax and unwind in nature.

Only minutes from Orangeville, Hockley Valley and less than one hour from downtown Toronto this private cabin is the perfect setting for a weekend getaway without driving hours outside of the city.

The cabin is rustic and doesn't have running water so access to the Victorian house with a shared kitchen and washroom facilities is welcome.

Welcome to #cabinonthe9. The main room that measures 13 ' by 10.5' and includes a wood burning stove is in the back left corner. The space has a medium grey futon that converts into a double size bed for sleeping.

The back room offers a second entrance,  kitchenette and bathroom that has a "Airhead" compost toilet. 

A ladder provides vertical access from the main floor to second floor, where both sleeping areas have natural light and a "A" frame roof line. There is a double size inflatable mattress on the second floor.

Guests will have access to bottled water, a coffee maker that includes Starbucks and a microwave. Plates, bowls and utensils are also available. 

During the winter months there is hockey gear, sleds and snowshoes available.

The main house is only 3-5 minutes from the pond and guests have access to the house along with the washroom facilities and fully equipped, shared  kitchen.
