Best ever! The service at Trillium Ford is outstanding! We bought my vehicle there, and I recently gave a review/rating, but I need to make a correction. We stupidly assumed when we got the car under-oiled, that the mechanic put little holes in the door bottoms to get the oil inside for maximum coverage. We didn't complain, nor did we look..lol..but we're just worried about the electronics bein affected. Not so! In my review, I said it wasn't a big deal, since my husband only verbally said "No holes k?"... :) I just received a call and it was all explained to me, that there are already nowadays accessed, rubber capped holes and that these are well taken care of. My apologies, Ford! But in my previous ratings, I did say I love Ford Shelburne!! I will take my car there for its regular upkeep, and any problems I may encounter. You guys are all, the BEST!
