I experienced such great service and dedication to customer satisfaction from the beginning of the process to picking up the final product.
This is why I drive 2 1/2 hours (one way) to get my glasses at Regal Eyewear. I will continue to do this.

Outstanding service. They knew their products inside and out. Very professional and friendly. I bought my glasses from regal a few years ago and was happy with my purchase. A friend recommended another place because they had a 2 for 1 promotion. Long story short, they weren’t the most reputable place and I was able to cancel my order, and place my order with Regal. While cancelling this person attempted to offer me even more discounts to stay but I knew I could trust the product I was getting from Regal and it was worth a few extra bucks. Impressive collection of quailty frames to choose from, combined with knowledgeable and courteous staff make buying eyeglasses here a pleasure. I had spent the past 15 years dealing with an optometrist in Brampton who I thought was good but inconvenient. After searching Orangeville and reading reviews I decided to try regal. What a great choice! From the time we arrived we, well were treated regally. The doctor was very thorough and insightful. She actually showed us that the previous doctor had misdiagnosed a potentially harmful eye condition which had us concerned. Once the exam was over we found the staff very helpful in going through and suggesting frames from their vast selection. Helping us understand the different lens materials and what they would mean to our everyday use. It wasn't until the next week when I spoke to AJ that I realized how great a decision coming to Regal was. AJ reached out about the frame I had chosen with concern. He explained that the frame I had chosen he didn't feel was right for me. I returned to Regal and AJ spent a lot of time and had great patience walking me through a multitude of frames. Once the decision was made he made up a mock set so we could both see what the end result would be. He even made some tweaks on his own while actually cutting the glass. I have to say that I am more than satisfied with my glasses, my eyecare and the overall level of care I received at Regal. I would highly recommend them and will myself return to them for my next eye healthcare need.

My boys are involved in rep sports. As a working Mom and Dad we needed a time that worked for me to bring all 3. It was so easy! All 3 plus me were in and out of our exams quickly. So professional. So precise. My boys enjoyed the process and found Ashley extremely helpful when trying on and then ordering glasses. My youngest was over the moon excited to pick first pair and told all his friends about how cool they were. Thankyou!

Eye exam was extremely in-depth and examined the entire health of my eyes. Very impressive! The staff was outstanding. I was able to find two pairs of frames from their huge selection.

I found this place totally by accident and I am so glad I did! On the long weekend I lost my glasses in the lake. I tried to get glasses in Barrie at a big glass chain with no luck and was making my way to their Waterloo store to find glasses. I got a little lost trying taking the back roads and I sure glad I did! I spotted Regal Eye Care and decided to take a chance on them. I walked in and asked if they could do my prescription in an hour. I nearly wept when she said yes. The salesperson was AMAZING! She was so patient and very helpful as I picked out frames. True to their word I had glasses in an hour! I am glad I found them and can’t thank them enough for their help!!

I have never been to such an amazing office and had such a fantastic experience with the staff! Very efficient and helpful, the turn around for my prescription was awesome! I have suffered with ocular rosacea for over 5 years and have lupus, this team works with my eye surgeon and are always looking into new and helpful ways to improve my condition and lessen the discomfort I suffer. Dr. Bandali saw me on short notice and has been EXTREMELY helpful with my condition. A.J. helped me with my conditions and picking out a funky and fun pair of frames for me to enjoy, as well as the proper prescription. He has been wonderful as well as the girls on the Regal Eye Care team. I would recommend this office and staff to anyone, and tell everyone the amazing customer service they provide and the client/patient care is above and beyond! I leave Dr. Pabla's optical knowing I have had the most complete eye test with her state of the art technology, that I am completely satisfied with my eye health. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for the complete package of eye test and eye wear.

I had a thorough eye exam, state of the art I would call this, seeing the back images of my eye, who new!! Great service and lots of selection for your latest brands of eye wear, including Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Porsche, Hugo Boss!! I love the new modern showroom and the best variety of sunglasses anywhere!
