Thank you sooo much! Customer service is the backbone of small business when a customer has a problem with their glasses the only thing they want to hear is "its no problem" not a song and dance... We use brands that carry a two year warranty in most cases some of the discounters carry the same product but even though the manufacturer warrants the product for two years their policy is to only warrant it for one year.
