I have been using Harold Doan's services for over 30 years. I got to know Harold Sr. very well and am pleased to see that his sons are continuing the excellent service tradition.

We have to get our shop front entry rekeyed often (staff changes, lost keys, etc.) Harold and James have always been available on short notice when we need them.

Always my first choice when I need uncommon keys copied. They seem to be able to track down some of the most unusual blanks.

When we lost the key to our filing cabinet, they were able to make us a key from the code on the lock.

When we moved into our new home, we contacted Harold Doan and Sons to have the entry locks rekeyed. An appointment was set up for the same day in the afternoon and when James arrived he quickly had the locks changed and cut us extra keys. He even adjusted the metal plates in the door frame so the door would lock properly - all as part of the service. We will recommend him to our friends.
