Dealing with Holmes Appliances was the best Customer Service I have ever had. The owners are just lovely people to deal with and without going into a lot of detail they delivered a washing machine to our house in 2 days for us and we could not be happier. I CANNOT IMAGINE A BIG BOX STORE BENDING OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP A CUSTOMER OUT OF A DIFFICULT SITUATION LIKE THIS STORE DID. We will be buying all of our appliances from Holmes in the future we just cannot speak highly enough about them.
