About Us

We offer many services but we sometimes know as a busy family it is hard to always have a healthy dinner on the table before you have to head right back out the door to take your children to their sports or club activities. We all know how easy it is to grab a pizza or burger but we all know you can't live on that every week. So we are offering a healthier alternative suggestion. We prepare frozen meals that are homemade and healthy for your family and to make it that much easier we will even cook it for you if you call and ahead and let us know what time you would like it ready for and your family will thank you for it :) You can also dine in for lunch as we have a selection of deli sandwiches, soups, salads and daily specials available or you can come by for an afternoon specialty tea or coffee and enjoy a baked good or slice of pie (starting Aug 13th). We also sell different and unique flavours of gourmet cupcakes which are provided by Blissful Bites Bakery and you can take a look at their amazing portfolio of custom made cakes. We also provide catering services to home dinner functions, business and corporate events, weddings, funerals and more. Give us a call or stop in to have a free consultation to discuss your event.
