We didn't call requesting any price adjustment at any time. In fact didn't take advantage of the volume discount. We paid $325 for a bush cord as advertised. Our discount was to come with the delivery of the remaining 3 cords of wood in the summer. I merely wanted a call back to discuss the quality of wood received. When I didn't get the call back I cancelled the remainder of my order with a second call back.

Wasn't 100% satisfied with my wood. Called Dale's Bulk Service to discuss. Didn't get a call back. Called again 2 weeks later to discuss requesting a reply. Received a call back with negative results. Dissatisfied customer.

Customer requested price for 4 bush cord of wood and wanted volume discount. Asked for 1 bush cord to be delivered and took advantage of price discount.We delivered premium wood seasoned for 2 years and customer then called and cancelled balance of order. A further call wanting a price adjustment due to the fact that we are offering a special of mixed hardwood .We stand by our product and service
