Zero stars buyer beware great in the beginning when they want the sale on the truck and the warranty. As soon as you have a problem Absolutely by far the worst and I mean worst customer experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favour and go to the dealership in Shelburne  or any other dealership for that matter !!! nothing but problems been lied to since the start lied to about the truck itself then completely lied to about the warranty there warranty is useless and we got the most expensive one. And don't even think Bad dog Modifications will be any better it's the same owner and if something happens there the owner of Ford would not  take responsibility asked three times now to speak with him and have had nothing but the run around. The service department is a complete joke and is very disorganized. Over three plus hours to get a simple oil change on a warranty covered and not even a blink of a eye or a apology are you kidding me. The list goes on and on
