 For the past 20 years Actum Building Solutions has  been involved in Home Improvements, Condominium, Rental, Non-Profit Housing, and Retail and have also had the privilege of being involved the development and design of 6 Retirement Home New Builds in the GTA.

At ACTUM Building Solutions, our goal is to provide superior customer service to our clients by providing dependable, quality workmanship. Our services include handyman repairs, painting, drywall, flooring, plumbing, millwork, water/fire damage restoration and mold removal. Our team is equipped to carry out major refurbishing projects of hallways, recreation rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. when an update or change is essential. We provide worry free work for the mangers and home owners where multiple trades are involved to accomplish the tasks.

ACTUM Building Solutions also offers Project Management, Consultations/Resolutions as it relates to Tarion Warranty. We have recently added reliable janitorial services.
